Toll payment for tractors with a maximum permissible weight of over 3,500 kg and a design speed of 80 km/h or higher

Based on the amendment to the Roads Act No. 13/1997 Coll., tractors with a maximum permissible weight of more than 3.5 tons and a design speed of 80 km/h or higher are now subject to toll payment from 1 July 2025. The tractor is registered as a truck in the electronic toll system. This change mainly affects the so-called “tatractors”, i.e. trucks converted into tractors, which are also used in normal traffic and are allowed to use paid toll roads, including highways.
